Whatever your taste for coffee, New Day can satisfy it. They're a micro-roaster with fair trade, organic, and flavored coffees. You can buy coffee in whole-bean or ground form. New Day freshly roasts and grinds their beans day-to-day, which results in a great cup of coffee. Hilary and I like the small sample-size bags with flavors like toasted coconut, tiramisu, and chocolate fudge. They stay fresh, create a single pot of coffee without measuring, and have an endless variety of flavors.
New Day is a company with a conscience. Russ and Katie Zettle, the owners, work their Christian faith into the way they do business, and they're committed to Western New York. A portion of each sale goes to local charities, like WNY Food Bank and Roswell Park. They also help small groups with fundraisers.

You can order New Day coffee online, but Hilary and I like to stop into their store on a weekend to browse the coffees. The shop is usually quiet, even on a Saturday, but they often have free samples of flavored coffee. Say hello to Russ or Katie if they're there - they are some of the most genuine, friendly people you'll ever meet!
